Megan Fleming PA–C


Megan Fleming was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Penn State Behrend. Following her under grad studies, she attended LeMoyne College where she received her Master of Science degree in Physical Assistant studies. She is Board Certified by the NCCPA and is a member of AAPA. Ms.Fleming moved to Greensboro after graduation.

Dr.Robert Robbins 

 Dr.Robert Robbins grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He received his B.S. in biology from Greensboro College. He received his Ph.D. in Comparative Medicine and Anatomy as well as his medical degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine in 1992. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Robbins completed a Family Practice residency at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.Dr. Robbins is married to the former Pam Wyrick. They reside in Asheboro and have five sons, Colby, Carter, Kerby, Cooper, Konner and a daughter, Kyndall.

Dr. Robert Brown

Dr. Brown was born and raised in Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire where he received his B.S. degree in Medical Technology. Dr. Brown attended medical school at East Carolina University School of Medicine in Greenville, NC and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine through Geisinger - Penn State Medical Center in Danville, PA. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Brown has enjoyed living in rural Asheboro since 1995.

Lisa A. Turner FNP

Lisa Turner is a native of North Carolina, and graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also has ten years experience as a critical care/home health nurse prior to obtaining her Nurse Practitioner degree. 


Ms.Tuner is currently a resident of Asheboro and her interest include biking, hiking, reading, and homemade crafts.

Dr. Robert Brown

Philip T. Olshinski, F.N.P.

Philip T. Olshinski, F.N.P., received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993 from Winston-Salem State University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He then furthered his education by obtaining his Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1995 from East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tennessee. Mr. Olshinski has been trained in Neurological Critical Care, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, and Internal Medicine. Mr. Olshinski, along with his wife, Yana and their two children, Lily and David, reside in Thomasville, North Carolina.

 Ashely Nix FNP

Ashley is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina, and her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia. Her background includes years of experience as a Registered Nurse in both Surgery and the Emergency Department before joining White Oak in 2015.

 Tami Raynor PA-C

Tami Gardner Raynor was raised in Jamestown/High Point, North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh and later on in 1993 she received her Bachelor of Health Science degree in Physician Assistant from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.She is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of PAs. Ms Raynor has practiced for over 20 years in family practice, pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, public health and urgent care.Ms Raynor, along with her two children, Madalynn and Ford, reside at Badin Lake. She enjoys golfing, water sports and traveling.

Zack Riley PA-C

Zack earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Bradley University in    Peoria, Illinois in 2010. He then earned a Masters of Science degree as a Physician Assistant from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee in December 2014.Zack is Board Certified and joined White Oak Urgent Care in April of 2015.
